This is an extremely popular option, as it gives companies the flexibility to see if the member of staff is a ‘good fit’ for a job before employing them.
Permanent Staff
We also offer a permanent recruitment service, in which we will take care of all advertising, interviewing, reference checking and skill-testing with a candidate before sending them to a customer for a final interview. For this service, we charge a percentage of the salary the candidate will be on when employed by the customer. This percentage is negotiable, and we work hard to find a rate that both the client and ourselves are happy with.
